Early Years Foundation Stage

The Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) is the framework that sets the standards for learning, development, and care for children from birth to five years old. It is designed to support your child’s growth during their most important early years and to ensure they are happy, safe, and developing well.

The EYFS focuses on helping children learn through play, exploration, and hands-on experiences. It covers seven key areas of learning, including communication and language, physical development, personal, social and emotional development, literacy, mathematics, understanding the world, and expressive arts and design.

As parents, you are an important part of your child’s learning journey. We work closely with you to share updates, celebrate achievements, and support your child’s individual needs and interests. Every child develops at their own pace, and the EYFS framework helps us provide the right support to help them thrive.

Our aim is to create a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating environment where your child feels confident, valued, and excited to learn every day.
