Job Opportunity: Baby Room Practitioner (Level 3/2) – Little Roos Private Nursery
Are you passionate about giving babies the best start in life? We’re looking for a Level 3 or Level 2 qualified practitioner to join our warm and nurturing Baby Room team at Little Roos Private Nursery.
About the Role:
You’ll be working in our caring and supportive baby room, helping to create a safe, stimulating, and loving environment for children under 2 years old.
While previous experience working with under 2s is not essential, it will be advantageous.
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of a Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (or equivalent).
- A kind, patient, and nurturing approach to care.
- Passion for early years development, especially in the 0-2 age group.
- A team player who thrives in a supportive environment.

Early Years Practitioner – Pre-School Room
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our dedicated team in the pre-school room.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is committed to providing high-quality early years education and care, with a particular focus on supporting children with special educational needs (SEN).
Key Responsibilities:
-Support the learning and development of children in line with the EYFS framework.
-Provide tailored support to children with a range of additional needs.
-Work closely with the SENCO, families, and external professionals to implement individual support plans.
-Create an inclusive, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children.
-Observe, assess, and record each child's progress and development.
-Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
Requirements:
-A recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent).
Proven experience working with children with special educational needs.
-Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development.
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
-A warm, caring, and patient approach.
Desirable:
-Additional training in SEN or specific conditions (e.g. autism, speech and language needs, ADHD).
